Machining Capabilities

Airspares International offers a single source option for your machining and assembly needs. To meet the trend toward monolithic, thin wall components we have added two new HIGH SPEED, 5 and 6 Axis CNC Mills with capacity up to 177". Our lathe capacity goes up to 60" in diameter. Our extensive line of manufacturing and support equipment together with our assembly expertise enables Airspares to provide complete in-house capability and maintain total control of your machining and assembly requirements.

Our HIGH SPEED CNC Machining Centers are ideal for newer thin wall, monolithic structural parts designed to replace older multiple part assemblies. Our capacity to machine parts to nearly 15 feet in length gives us the ability to manufacture an even wider variety of components and assemblies than before extending our value to you as a single source option.
